When I call somebody: 你是猪 or 你是一只猪， I can't really tell the difference. So is 铁公鸡。I think that's because in this case, measure word is not important. Cos you just want to clarify the person's personality not the number...

August 27, 2012 at 4:06 AMThank you for your questions. ChinesePod tries to make our Podcast interesting, attractive and real. I can't say it is nor exaggerated. But not a lot. One thing is when a Chinese speak to a foreign, he kind expects he should speak more clearly and slowly. But then conversation is between native speakers, emotion/tone will be added. I suggest you listen to dialogue by sentence version. It has no emotion. It's much more clear.
Relationship between students and teachers is an interesting topic. First it depends on personality. You know some people are out-going, some are introverted. Second it may be caused by which grade students are. Normally, college students (in dialogue) approach teachers more. I think foreign teacher is another reason, too. I was afraid of talking to my English teacher when I was in college. Because I was afraid if I didn't speak English correctly and confused him, it was awkward.

August 27, 2012 at 3:26 AM这个其实没什么不一样。这两个句子是文学的句子，它们不强调“过去”，因为“你打乱我的心湖”虽然好像是以前发生的，但其实不只是过去，现在可能也“打乱我的心湖”啊。所以有没有‘了’差不多。

9）大呼小喝地 应该是“地” “撒娇地说”，也一样
10）非常的开心， 特别的开心 也应该用“地” 一般只有名词前面才用“的”
11）“ 提问”意思是提出问题来问，是动词。“问题” 是名词。

震动，一般是动作比较大的，像地震啊这类的。另外也可以用在心理方面。
振动，一般是动作幅度比较小的。比如，小鸟振动翅膀。
所以，"手机振动"更好一些。我们已经修改了文本。
