There is no '铁姐妹'. But we have '闺蜜‘ which is a short version of ’闺中密友‘. It is only for girls. 我有一个很好很好的闺蜜。

October 30, 2012 at 9:02 AM飙升 is almost same as 暴涨. So yes, 飙升is the opposite of 暴跌。 But as the lesson said, 涨/跌 is for price. 升 is for the datanumber... 飙升 is not just for the price but also other numbers or data.
增长 is ‘increase/rise/go up' 增加 is 'add more'.
经济增长/劳动力增加。
Also, 增长 is intransitive verb. You can say: xx增长 but you can't say 增长xx
增加 is transitive verb. So both xx增加/增加xx work.

2. Both work. The difference is '到' VS '出来', ‘到'means 'done', ’出来' means 'out'. When the verb is 找 there is no difference. If it's other verbs, it will make difference. '吃到' means you ate something. ‘吃出来' means you ate something and figure out something ( like what is the food made of)
3. without 了，it means 'you can't find it' for general tense: past/present/ future. Whenever, you just can't find it. With 了，it means till now you can't find it.
