Was just going to say that my "studied" lessons are still on the home page and don't get transferred to the archive. That should happen automatically, shouldn't it? Am not very good with computers... Then I read John's comment above. Gotta a be patient.

Yes, I have forever trouble loading the expansion. That is they load fine but only the first few play. Have no idea how to solve the problem

I am a bit confused about how to use 开 (to issue). In the first sentence in the expansion section, the bank issues. But since it is sort of a passive sentence (向银行开的信用证), I can sort of accept it. How about the last sentence though: 买东西的时候别忘了开发票. The person is asked to reequest/get a receipt. It would be the shop assistant who has to 开发票, wouldn't it? Can somebody explain?

我老家是瑞士,但是我已经很长时间住在四川成都。成都是不是算古城? 最几年成都市改变得很快。在你们照片那样的小路差不多没了,很可惜。但是成都还是好耍的一个城市。

Nice one. Thanks. The "拜拜" thing is an interesting one. When I arrived in China more than 10 years ago, nobody said it. Now even Tibetan nomads in the West of China use it. Although, there variant is more like a "bei bei". And they probably think it is Chinese...

Some of them are rather rude, aren't they. Have yet to listen to the podcast...
