Yea, I agree with the point that "阳光充足" is to describe some nice environment that makes people feel comfortable. 

another word "驴友" means " the people who like to travel"  since it sounds very similar to “旅游"

There is another way to say "we are not one the same page." which is:

"驴唇不对马嘴"/lǘ chún bú duì mǎ zuǐ/  (donkey lips don't match with the horse's mouth)

“风马牛不相及”/fēng mǎ niú bú xiàng jí/: to be totally unrelated.

when I listen to this lesson, I reminded of another word called "马力." (horsepower)

eg: 你觉得这个马达功率有多大？（what would you rate the engine at?)

       差不多150马力吧。 (around 150 horsepower)

There is another word "添堵" which  is very similar to "麻烦" 
for example： 你不要再给我添堵了  （ don't make me feel annoyed anymore)

mother's sister should be called "姨妈"  ( 大姨妈，二姨妈...)
“奶奶的姐姐或妹妹” should be called "舅婆"
