It's not so bad. First you have to get two certificates - one showing proof of rabies vaccination and one for showing good health. The dog has to have the rabies vaccination from 1 month to a year before entering the country. The health certificate's date of issue has to be within 14 days. Both certificates need the signature of the government appointed veteranarian and a government stamp from the departing country.
