‘我们需要卫生纸’ is better revised into ‘可以送一些卫生纸过来吗？’. Personally speaking, the latter is more polite.

And can you give us more Chinese names of more hotel items, like shampoo, body lotion, bath rope, towel. Thanks.

In 7 :07, in the dialogue, ‘的’ is missing. It’s not a big problem, but occasionally, some words may be missing in the transcript which causes the inconsistency between what the person said and what was written in the board.
