闷 is a 多音字, which means it has more than one tone (1st and 4th).  In the phrase 情感深，一口闷，闷 is pronounced in 4th tone.

Hi Susana, agreed.  批判 is indeed more severe than 批评, because 判 includes the notion of prosecuting and sentencing.

Hello and thank you for writing in! The first line of the dialogue can certainly be modified by adding 了 so that the sentence can become 好，你可以睡觉了. However, the second sentence omits 去 because 去 signifies the sense of action or motion to be taken, which makes it redundant [because 睡觉 already signifies action]. Furthermore, the father intends to offer 睡觉 as a permitted option, which the son rejects while replying with another option.  Thus, the sentence pattern here is not, "you have to do X”, but "you have the options X or Y."

Hello: Yes,  我去挖掘新客户 is certainly correct.  我就挖掘新客户去 is also correct.  寻找/找客户 is undoubtedly correct too.  However, it lacks the imagery that 挖掘 can evoke, don't you agree?

Hi Yingyue, agreed with you on your examples that 让 has a second meaning "to yield”. But because this lesson aims to compare the similarity and usage of the three characters, we did not focus on their other meanings.  In fact, all three characters have another feature in common: they all have more than one meaning!
