In the traditional PDF, should:

開車要系安全帶。

be written as:

開車要擊安全帶。

Just checking, as I notice you can not get the first (simplified) version of jì on OS/X with the pinyin traditional IME, so I had to look it up in the dictionary.

For the word 強生 what is the pronunciation?

  • qiángshēng as pronounced in the lesson
  • qiāngshēng as written in the PDF?

Do they say 公車 in China. It seems 公車 may be a Taiwanese variant?

I am curious to know why in the traditional PDF, the 嗯 character is written as "ng" instead of the pinyin standard "en", why is this?

Does this mean we can't trust the PDF's to be correct pinyin?

The idea to make intermediate lessons that extend elementary lessons is brilliant. I cant wait for it to actually happen. This should help me with the jump from elementary to intermediate.

I wonder if the indentation in the image/picture for this lesson is standard for an email? Any insights on this? It looks to me that perhaps standard western formatting is different?

This is a perfect example of my main issue with learning to listen. When Jenny speaks the sentences I can hear them correctly 100% of the time. When they are in the guys voice I have no idea. We need more guy's voices as part of the lesson.
