cuò le ,cuò le 。“‘dào ’kě dào ,fēi cháng ‘dào ’。”“dào ”rúguǒ kěyǐ shuō míngbai ,jiěshì qīngchǔ ,nà jiù bùshì “dào ”le 。“dào ”shì wúxíng de 、yǒnghéng de ,shì yǔzhòu wànwù cúnzài de fǎzé 。nǐ bùnéng yòng yǔyán gěi tā jiā yī gè míngchēng 。yīnwèi nǐ jiào tā A ,tā jiù bùshì B le ,nǐ chēng tā bái ,tā jiù bùshì hēi le 。zhè bù jiù ràng rén wùrù qítú ma !
That's incorrect. "The Dao can be understood, but not articulated." If you can explain the Dao and explain it clearly, then you have not explained the Dao. The Dao is intangible and perpetual; it is the law that binds all things that exist within the cosmos. You cannot use language to explain it, for if you call it A, then it is no longer B; if you call it white, then it is no longer black. This leads people astray!
是这样的。不同的企业类型有不同的流程。如果是独资企业的话,先要把申请报告拿到当地政府审批。然后到工商部门进行查名,名称预登记和开业登记。
shì zhèyàng de 。bùtóng de qǐyè lèixíng yǒu bùtóng de liúchéng 。rúguǒ shì dúzī qǐyè dehuà ,xiān yào bǎ shēnqǐng bàogào ná dào dāngdì zhèngfǔ shěnpī 。ránhòu dào gōngshāng bùmén jìnxíng chámíng ,míngchēng yù dēngjì hé kāiyè dēngjì 。
It's like this. There are different processes for different types of businesses. If you're opening a single-venture enterprise, first you have to submit your application to the local government office where it has to be reviewed and approved. After that, you have to go to the Ministry of Commerce where you'll check for available names, reserve a name and then register the business.
