风险当然是有的。但我们可以跟政府建立合作关系，将风险降到最低。同时我注意到，政府近几年免除了很多非洲国家的债务，促进了同非洲国家的关系，为对非投资扫除了障碍。而且政府还搞了很多援非项目，帮他们修建了公路，铁路，发电站，学校，足球场等很多公共设施。连哪个国家的议会大楼都是中国建的。这些足可以看出政府对投资非洲的决心和信心。
