说实在的 我 看 的 恐怖片 也 不 算 多，没有 太 多 的 发言权。不过 据 我 了解，有别于 好莱坞 依赖 特效 和 血腥 暴力 的 做法。日本 恐怖片 除了 制造 视觉 恐怖，还 利用 故事 和 角色 来 制造 心理 恐怖，让人 从 心底 里 感到 毛骨悚然。

To be honest I haven't seen too many scary movies, either. So I don't have the right to say all that much. But as far as I can see, the difference is in the fact that Hollywood depends on special effects and blood and guts. Japanese movies not only create visual creepiness, they also use plot and perspective to create psychological terror, so that you feel chilled to the bone.
