是的，中国的物流基础设施相对西方国家来说还比较脆弱。我国的高速公路只有美国的三分之一。有些地区的公路质量很好，但有的地区公路低于标准水平。火车更多的是载人，而不是运载货物。港口也是如此，大量船舶的进出时常导致港口拥堵。好在政府也越来越重视运输基础设施的建设，也投入了大量的人力物力和财力。正在修建中的洋山深水港工程，不就是为了优化物流基础设施而建造的嘛。相信这个大航运中心建成之后，我国物流的发展也会再上一个新台阶。

The good news is, the government is taking the construction of transport infrastructure more and more seriously, and they've invested a lot of human, material, and financial resources. The Yangshan Deep-Water harbor currently in construction is being built to optimize the logistical infrastructure.
