If you're looking for a job in China, it's a good idea to prepare some typical questions you might get asked. It is slightly different in China because the self-introduction letter written by locals often contains a detailed history of not only themselves, work experience, and hobbies, but also their family and where they grew up. Today's lesson is a great template to follow and a good way to prepare for a job interview at a traditional firm.

My responsible and meticulous nature allowed me to overcome difficulties I encountered in my studies, as well as making me more effective in my work. I have previous work experience including as a TA while I was studying abroad in the UK and I also worked as a journalist for an English-language paper.
I think my ability to coordinate makes me stand out. In 2006 I worked at the reception desk for the "Asia Pacific Affairs Forum" hosted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, using English to communicate with foreign attendees just before the forum. I also helped the hosts throughout with coordinating the event and when the forum came to a satisfactory end I was commended by senior officials.
Natural Dialogues
Each lesson is centered around a natural dialogue with key vocabulary directly prepared and translated for your use. You can also listen to each sentence as an individual recording to improve your listening and comprehension skills.
