    Should number 1 not be Qīngshàonián hen3 xǐhuān mínǐ rěnzhě. not Qīngshàonián hé xǐhuān mínǐ rěnzhě.

      In most cases, if you are speaking 2 consecutive third tone words, the 1st word should be in the second tone, which makes the sentence more coherent and natural. eg. 老lao2虎hu3、打da2扫sao3
