In the expansion sentence, 你对那个地方熟悉吗, can you say 那个地方你熟悉吗 instead?

What is the origin of 唐人街? In particular, why is 唐 used? Does it have something to do with Canton?

Is 用多了就有窍门了 enough translate to the above?

I read the second phrase as "the more web pages you look at, the better".

Also, what is the purpose of 呗?
