I have most commonly heard Chinese teachers use the word 灵活 (línghuó), which also means flexible, in this context (but dropping the 有, so just 非常灵活). Did Dilu just stretch the usage to reiterate the meaning of 弹性？Is the difference between the two just that 弹性 is basically a noun and 灵活 an adjective? [90% of the examples I scanned on 弹性 were about rubber being elastic or the elasticity of tennis balls or clothes and I'm pretty sure you can't use 灵活 here, so I'm guessing there is some difference.]
What exactly does 不人性化 mean? (Dilu said it right after her 非常不 make sense). I can only take it to mean "inhumane".
I'll second the point about topics/phrases permeating down the levels. I also liked the revision of 不就行了 which we met in the Travel Wedding.
